With our Standard Delivery, your order arrives within approximately 4-6 weeks at your address in secure, specialty packaging.

Orders with items of of different sizes will be shipped at the rate of the largest picture in the order.

When ordering online, please select the country of the desired shipping destination; the correct shipping costs will then be shown.

As soon as we receive your order, we send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Normally, we deliver your order within 4-6 weeks of it being placed. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners and the receipt/invoice as a PDF for you to print out.

We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments to countries outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, LUMAS Budapest will exchange your work or offer an equivalent gallery credit within 14 days of receiving the artwork. An original receipt must be presented and works must be returned in the condition they were received. Please note that artworks with custom mounting/framing (“select a custom presentation”) as well as unmounted/unframed photo prints are final sale, as they are custom-produced to your individual specifications. Shipping on works is non-refundable. If you were given free shipping, a restocking fee equivalent to your shipping will be applied. You shall bear the direct cost of return shipping for your order. Typically, goods cannot be returned by normal post. Please contact our Customer Service.
